Membership Application Form

Becoming a member will enable you to store all your CPD points in your My Account area.
You will need to be a paid up member to access your account and view your CPD points.
You are welcome to store your third-party CPD points in your My Account area.

We suggest you become a subscriber and login before starting the membership application process.

You will need to upload supporting documentation as part of your membership application.

Persons not employed by a Principal Member must upload with their application:
  • Resume outlining employment history (one page)
  • Certified copies of academic record
  • National Police Check – less than 2 years old
  • Good Fame & Character Declaration
