Employees of Principal Members of SIAA must upload:

- Good fame & Character declaration
- Principal member employee declaration

Persons not employed by a Principal Member must upload with their application:

- Certified copies of academic record
- National Police Check – less than two (2) years old
- Good Fame & Character Declaration
- Signed proposer and seconder of membership application form (two current paid-up Practitioner members of SIAA to sign)

What happens next?
We will review and assess your application and contact you if we have any queries or require further supporting documentation.
Your application will then go to the SIAA Profession Committee for review. The Profession Committee recommends membership applications to the Board of SIAA. Board decisions on applications are final.
Your membership will start when we have approved your application and the membership fee has been paid.
Member certificates are sent after the next Board meeting.
