For stockbrokers and financial advisers, whose professional relationship with their clients is one of trust and confidence, it is an essential part of the business model.

Developed by SAFAA for the stockbroking and investment advice industry, this new workshop addresses client care and practice — one of the challenging FASEA CPD areas. It helps you ensure that the relationship with your client enables your business success.

Presenter

Russell McKimm, Senior Wealth Advisor, Canaccord Genuity

During his 40-year career in stockbroking Russell has held a number of senior management positions in leading broking firms as well as providing advice to a wide range of clients. He has also been involved in numerous industry bodies in senior roles including President of the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FPA) and a Board member of SAFAA. As a Board member of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) Russell has also had a wide range of experience in dealing with client complaints. He has always had a passion for educating both clients and those involved in the securities industry which he has fulfilled by being a lecturer in many industry courses and through his commitments including his talkback radio program on 2GB.
