The HN Hub is an online portal designed to support Responsible Managers and compliance officers meet and maintain the licensee’s regulatory obligations. The HN Hub is a service provided by Holley Nethercote Compliance. We are pleased to advise that SAFAA members can access this portal and purchase a tailored subscription, for a special rate.
The portal offers regulatory training, on-demand webinars, regulatory alerts, access to industry compliance forms as well as templates for compliance documents and policies. The document library consists of over 250 policy templates, checklists, tools and guides.
Compliance Diary/Checklists, AFSL Compliance, Disclosure Documents, Privacy Documents, AML/CTF Program are examples of the templates available. The HN Hub produces a quarterly ‘Compliance Checklist’ and users can download year old checklists for free so you can gain a sense of what the offering is.

When signing up to any of their paid subscriptions, there are minimum commitment periods. Subscription packages that include documents (eg: full access) have an 18-month minimum commitment period. If you are not after a paid subscription, you also have the option of creating a free account. This will allow you to see the range of documents, templates and manuals available, as well as purchase documents on a stand-alone basis. However, the discount (approximately 15%) only applies to the monthly subscription options, and not to one-off purchases made under a free account.
