Meet your speakers
Maria Lykouras, CEO, SIAA
Appointed SIAA CEO in December 2025, Maria is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in financial services, having held leadership roles in wealth management, private banking, risk, and compliance. In July 2022, she became the first woman to be appointed CEO of JBWere Australia. Prior to this, Maria spent a decade at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, serving as General Manager of CommPrivate Advice and Licensee Services. She is a strong advocate for inclusivity and financial independence, particularly for women in wealth management.
Jane Tandy, Founder & Managing Director,
Leeuwin Wealth
With a career spanning over 20 year in financial services, Jane is the Founder and Managing Director of Leeuwin Wealth, a boutique financial planning, investment management and corporate advisory firm based in Western Australia. Prior to this role she was most recently the Group Chief Operating Officer of a global stockbroking and investment bank in Australia where she also held the position of Company Secretary. Jane served on the Stockbrokers and Investment Advisers Association board for over six years. She is passionate about people, communication and outcomes and is a recognised leader and champion of diversity in the stockbroking industry including being runner-up for the Positive Progression of Women Award in 2018. Jane is a Board Member of Ever Ability Group Limited, on the Exec Co of YPO WA and is actively involved in her school community.
