SIAA’s DART (Developing Adviser Resource Toolkit), is an AI powered professional development platform designed to help Professional Year candidates, developing advisers, emerging professionals and people transitioning into investment advice build the practical skills, confidence and professional judgement needed to succeed.
Developed by SIAA in consultation with compliance leaders, training managers and heads of advice, DART is designed to complement workplace learning and bridge the gap between theory and practice.
DART combines practical, interactive learning courses, short videos and webinars and structured learning with AI-powered simulations, including ethical dilemma scenarios and client interview simulations. Advisers can practice applying their knowledge, conduct client fact-finding and develop investment strategies in realistic scenarios, receiving detailed feedback and transcripts that can also be shared with supervisors as evidence of learning and development.

Practise in a safe learning environment
DART includes AI-powered ethical dilemma scenarios, supporting quarter three and four ethical requirements, as well as client interview simulations that allow advisers to practise fact-finding, strategy development and client engagement.
Participants receive detailed feedback and transcripts that can be shared with supervisors as evidence of learning and development.
DART is available to SIAA members and affiliates through an annual subscription. Access is for 18 months.
