Delegate Information

SAFAA 2020 delegate inclusions

All delegates are entitled to attend all sessions and evening functions. Registration also includes morning and afternoon tea and plated buffet lunches.

Group Discounts

A discount is available to firms who send 4 or more delegates.

When sending 4 or more delegates, firms will receive the rate of $1,700/delegate as opposed to $1,950.

Accompanying partners

Partners are welcome to accompany delegates to evening functions. Please advise us if your partner will be attending any evening function via the registration form.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Hours

CPD hours will be offered to delegates who attend SAFAA 2020.

CPD has been classified in the following FASEA CPD areas:

  • Technical competence
  • Client care and practice
  • Regulatory compliance and consumer protection
  • Professionalism and ethics
  • General

Delegates will need to sign-in to each session and complete the evaluation form via the conference App to qualify for CPD.

Terms & Conditions

There are no cancellations or refunds however substitutions are welcome. To request a substitution, or for enquiries please email Lauren Byatt or phone 02 80803200.

If a delegate fails to attend, fees will not be refunded nor allocated to another event.

Completion of the delegate registration form binds delegates to the following terms and conditions.

The Association reserves the right to remove any delegate for disruptive or disrespectful conduct, statements, or actions. In this event, the Association will not refund either the registration fee or accommodation or travel expenses.

The conference venue reserves the right to remove from their premises any person who behaves in an unreasonable manner. To the extent permissible by law, the Association accepts no responsibility for such an action and is under no obligation to refund any portion of the delegate registration fee, accommodation or travel expenses for such action.

Conference delegates will assume all risk for damages to their person or property arising out of attendance at the conference.

To the extent permissible by law, SAFAA will not be responsible for loss suffered by any delegate as a result of any goods or services provided by the conference venue. SAFAA does not endorse or take responsibility for the content of any presentations or discussion or material distributed by sponsors or exhibitors. SAFAA reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event at any time. Full refunds or transfers will be given except in the case of Force Majeure. SAFAA will not however be held liable for any costs, such as accommodation or airfares, incurred by the delegate, if the program is cancelled or postponed whether or not in the event of Force Majeure.
