Accreditation cancellation and refund policy
Cancellation requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
An administration fee of $110 applies.
Substitutes are welcome within the enrolment period.
Fees will not be refunded if a candidate withdraws after study notes have been dispatched or student access to Subject Rooms has been activated, except under the following circumstances:
- where the candidate’s application for enrolment is declined by the Association
- where the Association cancels an accreditation in which the candidate has enrolled or where the commencement of the accreditation is postponed by more than four weeks.
Training Workshops Cancellation and Refund Policy
Minimum numbers are required at a training workshop.
The Association reserves the right to cancel a workshop at any time.
Where the Association cancels a training workshop and a transfer to an alternative workshop is not suitable, fees will be refunded in full. The Association will not be held liable for any other associated costs incurred by the attendee if the training workshop is cancelled or postponed.
The Association regrets that no refunds or transfers will be given within 10 working days of a registered training workshop. If a delegate fails to attend a registered training workshop, fees are not refundable or transferable. Attendee substitutions for a registered training workshop can be made up until the commencement of the training workshop.
A maximum of one transfer per enrolment can be made no less than 10 working days prior to the commencement of the registered training workshop date (subject to any additional applicable charges).

Events Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Association regrets that no refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 working days of an event. If a person fails to attend an event, fees are not refundable or transferable. Substitutions can be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org The Association reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event at any time. A full refund will be given in this instance. The Association will not be held liable to any other associated costs incurred by the attendee if the event is cancelled or postponed.
Annual Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy
A $150 (+GST) administration fee applies to all cancellations. Cancellations must be sent to Fran Lyons email@example.com by Wednesday 24th April 2019. After that date, tickets are not refundable. If a delegate fails to attend, fees will not be refunded or allocated to another event.
Completion of the delegate registration form binds delegates to the following terms and conditions.
The Association reserves the right to remove, bar, or expel any delegate or guest from the conference for disruptive or disrespectful conduct, or statements or actions or for any reason which may tarnish the conference, SAFAA or its members. The Association shall not refund any money paid for such attendee or guest to attend the conference, or for any travel expenses incurred to attend the conference.
The conference venue reserves the right to remove from their premises any person who behaves in an unreasonable manner. To the extent permissible by law, the Association accepts no responsibility for such an action and is under no obligation to refund any portion of the delegate registration fee, accommodation or travel expenses for such action.
Conference delegates will assume all risk for damages to their person or property arising out of attendance. To the extent permissible by law, the Association will not be responsible for loss suffered by any delegate as the result of any goods or services provided by the conference venue.
The Association does not have a duty of due diligence with respect to presenters or sponsors or exhibitors, and makes no endorsement of any presenter or product. The Association reserves the right to amend the agenda. The Association reserves the right to postpone or cancel this event at any time. Full refunds or transfers will be given except in the case of Force Majeure. The Association will not however be held liable for any costs, such as accommodation or airfares, incurred by the attendee, if the program is cancelled or postponed.
