DART includes interactive AI practice tools that allow participants to develop and test their skills in realistic professional scenarios.
Participants can work through complex ethical dilemmas, practise fact finding and client conversations, develop a client strategy and receive immediate, structured feedback. Detailed transcripts can also be shared with supervisors to support workplace learning and provide evidence of development.
DART combines practical application, interactive technology and structured feedback to create a more personalised and engaging approach to adviser development. It helps participants refine their skills, build confidence and prepare for the situations they may face when working with clients.
