Stockbrokers Association Cancellation Policy
Stockbrokers Association of Australia regrets that no refunds or transfers will be given within 10 working days of a registered training workshop. If a delegate fails to attend a registered training workshop, fees are not refundable or transferable.
Attendee substitutions for a registered training workshop can be made up until the commencement of the training workshop.
A maximum of one transfer per enrolment can be made no less than 10 working days prior to the commencement of the registered training workshop date (subject to any additional applicable charges).
All requests for cancellations, transfers and substitutions must be received in writing to info@stockbrokers.org.au.
Stockbrokers Association of Australia reserves the right to cancel a training workshop at any time. Minimum numbers are required at each training workshop. Where the Stockbrokers Association of Australian cancels a training workshop and a transfer to an alternative workshop is not suitable, full fees will be refunded. Stockbrokers Association of Australia will not be held liable for any other associated costs incurred by the attendee if the training workshop is cancelled or postponed.
