CPD Frequently Asked Questions
Q1.
I am the Compliance Manager at a firm and we have a recently recruited a new staff member who has records to show that she has completed 15 hours of CPD (4 those hours being compliance). My question is, does this mean the staff member will only need to complete another 5 hours of CPD, 4 of those hours being compliance – so it makes up 20 hours of CPD, 8 of which being compliance hours?
